We are committed to getting your Christmas ornaments to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship via various reliable carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional fees apply)

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost for your order before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package’s journey.

P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please allow for additional transit time for deliveries to P.O. boxes.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they arrive safely and as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will require a new shipping payment.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any items are damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographs of the damaged item and packaging to process a claim or replacement.
