We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from salechristmasornaments.com. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization. Unfortunately, without a valid return authorization, we cannot process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
